Providing conceptual and editorial support for the IT division at Daimler is currently the focus of collaboration between Sympra and Daimler AG. In addition, the agency advises on various projects connected with internal communication. Sympra offers impulses and ideas and supports their implementation. This has led to the creation, for example, of new communication tools or alternative presentation forms which are used at trade shows or events within the company.
Presenting complex issues so that they can be understood by the target group: Many different processes run in parallel in a company’s IT division. Explaining this operating model has become almost impossible with traditional organizational charges. The ‘hidden object picture’ that Sympra has developed with the client and a creative partner, now clearly presents the individual processes in little stories.
