Webasto is an international supplier to the automotive industry, represented worldwide in 56 locations. Its core expertise is development and manufacture of complete roof modules, sliding and convertible roof systems, heating systems for cars (parking and auxiliary heaters) and heating, cooling and ventilation systems for trucks, campers and boats. Founded 1901 in Esslingen by Wilhelm Baier the company's head office is in Stockdorf since 1908. Webasto has a turnover of  1.6 billion Euro and a staff of over 6,000 worldwide.
